Location: Fully Remote – Philippines
Employment Type: Contract (Hourly Paid)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Australian business hours)
Hourly Rate: Negotiable based on experience, skills, and location

We're looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right person.

About the Role

As our PPC Specialist, you'll take ownership of multiple client accounts across Search and Paid Social, developing, executing, and optimising campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

You'll work closely with our marketing team while having the autonomy to manage campaigns from strategy through to reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft/Bing Ads
  • Take ownership of assigned client accounts and deliver outstanding performance
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning
  • Monitor campaign performance, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and other key metrics
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative assets where required
  • Plan and execute A/B testing to continually improve campaign performance
  • Manage advertising budgets and maximise return on investment
  • Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record of delivering strong campaign performance and ROI
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote team

Nice to Have

  • Google Ads certifications
  • Previous agency experience
  • Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
  • Experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
