🎯 Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Marine Engineer to support global commercial marine customers for a leading marine electronics organisation.

This is a hands-on, field-intensive technical role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex marine electronics issues, and is confident managing customer escalations end-to-end.

You will act as a key technical contact for commercial service operations across the US, supporting customers both remotely and on-site (vessel-based field work).

  • 4+ years in installation, repair, maintenance, and support of commercial marine electronics
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • 🧭 Marine navigation systems
    • πŸ“‘ Radar systems
    • πŸ€– Autopilot systems
    • πŸ”Œ NMEA / CAN-BUS networks
  • 🚒 Experience on commercial vessels (not recreational boating)
  • 🀝 Experience working with third-party marine service vendors

  • Strong customer-facing communication (phone + email support)
  • Experience managing technical escalations
  • Comfortable working in field conditions on board vessels
