🎯 Position Overview

As a Software Quality Tester II, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

You’ll design, execute, and maintain test cases, identify defects, and collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Develop, execute, and maintain test cases
• 🐞 Identify, document, and track software defects
• 🤝 Collaborate with developers and stakeholders on requirements and test strategies
• 🔍 Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing
• 💡 Participate in code reviews and improve testing practices
• 📝 Contribute to test plans and QA documentation
• 🔎 Conduct root cause analysis and support defect resolution

🎓 Required Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 🧪 2–4 years of experience in software testing / QA
• 🤖 Experience with automated testing tools
• 🔄 Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing
• 🧠 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• 💻 Basic programming/scripting (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
• ⚙️ Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks
• 🔌 Understanding of embedded systems & hardware/software integration
• 📜 ISTQB certification (or similar) is a plus

🌍 Working Environment

• 🏢 Primarily office-based with flexible/remote options
• 🚤 Field testing on boats and in marine environments
• ⏰ Occasional early starts or extended hours during on-water testing
