They are looking for a commercially sharp Director of Sales, Retail to lead strategic retail partnerships and drive revenue growth across major accounts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior sales leader who thrives in high-value relationship management and strategic commercial planning.

Leading joint business planning

Expanding market share and category presence
π What Youβll Be Doing
- Lead retail sales strategy across North America
- Own relationships with major retail partners
- Develop and execute joint business plans
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth
- Lead business reviews and strategic planning meetings
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements
- Identify whitespace and category expansion opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Deliver forecasting and performance reporting
π― What Weβre Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you have:
β 8+ years in retail/channel sales leadership
β Experience managing national or enterprise retail accounts
β Strong commercial negotiation skills
β Experience with annual planning and quarterly business reviews
β Strong financial and analytical capability
β Executive stakeholder management experience
Industry background could include:
- Marine
- Consumer electronics
- Sporting goods
- Outdoor recreation
- Durable consumer products
- Big-box retail
Marine experience is helpful but not essential.
