Position Overview

As a Product Designer, you will transform complex engineering data into intuitive, beautifully crafted user experiences. Working at the intersection of physical and digital interfaces, you'll collaborate with engineers and development teams to create products that both inspire and perform.
You bring an eye for craft—the kind that appreciates a precision watch or a well-engineered vehicle—and translate that aesthetic sensibility into interfaces that delight users while adapting and advancing industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive interfaces for complex systems
  • Turn technical data into clear, user-friendly experiences
  • Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and global designers
  • Conduct user research and prototype engaging interactions
  • Advocate for design excellence across products and platforms

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally for hardware + software products
  • Strong visual design skills and a refined aesthetic eye
  • Proficiency in Figma & modern design tools
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms & devices
  • Problem-solving mindset & attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial, maritime, automotive, or technical domains
  • Familiarity with data visualisation and real-time monitoring
  • Skilled in motion design, icons, and illustrations

Working Environment

  • Primarily office-based with flexible/remote options
  • 5–10% domestic and international travel
