We are launching our Australian Real Estate vertical to provide high-income Australians with the very best property insights, free from noise and affiliate bias ๐Ÿก

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ The Role

We are looking for someone to become the content and growth engine behind our Australian real estate vertical. This is a full-stack content creation and growth marketing role, focused entirely on high-income Australian males aged 35โ€“60.


You will:

Editorial โœ๏ธ

  • Publish the weekly newsletter featuring the โ€˜Top 1% of propertiesโ€™ and other property insights
  • Ensure content is sharp, culturally fluent, and resonates with Australian property psychology

Content Creation ๐ŸŽฅ

  • Script and produce short-form content designed for retention and shareability
  • Produce a weekly podcast that feels native, not like an ad

Community & Distribution ๐ŸŒ

  • Grow the brand across Reddit, email, and wherever property conversations happen
  • Position Top 1% Deals as the property fanโ€™s news source of choice

Growth Marketing ๐Ÿ“Š

  • Manage a budget to scale subscribers using proven paid signup strategies
  • Test hooks, angles, and audiences; monitor cost per subscriber, open rates, and conversion pathways
  • Lead the trial of a paid subscription tier this year

AI & Systems ๐Ÿค–

  • Use AI tools to maximise content output and automate workflows
  • Build repeatable systems for scalable, high-quality content production

  • Competitive Base Salary: $100,000 (negotiable based on experience)
