Quality Control Centre Operations Manager ๐Ÿ•๏ปฟ

  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: PLN 10,000 โ€“ 14,000 gross + annual bonus (15โ€“25%) + benefits package

THE ROLE โ€“ Key Responsibilities

  • ๐Ÿญ Full operational responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of the Quality Control Centre (QCC), including dough production and storage of sauces and key pizza ingredients
  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Managing the ordering process for both company-owned and franchise locations
  • ๐Ÿค Conducting price and contract negotiations with raw material and packaging suppliers
  • ๐Ÿ” Actively sourcing and onboarding new suppliers (including quality audits)
  • ๐Ÿšš Coordinating and approving deliveries of raw materials and ingredients in cooperation with the brand owner / international headquarters
  • ๐Ÿ’ณ Managing franchisee receivables (collections, payment monitoring, and payment scheduling)
  • ๐Ÿ“ž Maintaining daily operational contact with franchise partners regarding deliveries, quality standards, and production needs
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Implementing and supervising HACCP, BRC/IFS, GMP systems and corporate standards
  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Reporting operational results and KPIs (productivity, quality, costs, OTIF) to management and headquarters


๐Ÿ”Ž WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • 4โ€“6 years of experience in a similar role within food production/manufacturing (preferably bakery, dough production, semi-finished products, FMCG food)
  • ๐Ÿค Strong experience in procurement negotiations and supplier management
  • ๐Ÿงช Practical knowledge of food quality and safety systems (HACCP, BRC, IFS, ISO 22000; internal auditor certification is an advantage)
  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Proven ability to manage teams and a distributed network of contractors/franchise partners
  • ๐Ÿ’ป Advanced Excel skills; ERP/WMS systems experience is an advantage
  • ๐Ÿš— Valid Category B driving licence
  • โฑ Willingness to work in a shift-based / flexible schedule (production operates 5โ€“6 days per week)
  • ๐ŸŒ Fluent in English, with confident Polish and German language skills โ€“ required for daily operational communication with local teams, suppliers, and franchise partners


โญ NICE TO HAVE

  • ๐Ÿ• Experience working with franchise or restaurant networks
  • ๐Ÿฅ– Knowledge of pizza dough/yeast dough production processes
  • โš™ Experience implementing Lean / Kaizen / 5S methodologies in food production
