Quality Control Centre Operations Manager ๐๏ปฟ
- ๐ฐ Salary: PLN 10,000 โ 14,000 gross + annual bonus (15โ25%) + benefits package

- ๐ Location (Warsaw): Hybrid
THE ROLE โ Key Responsibilities
- ๐ญ Full operational responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of the Quality Control Centre (QCC), including dough production and storage of sauces and key pizza ingredients
- ๐ฆ Managing the ordering process for both company-owned and franchise locations
- ๐ค Conducting price and contract negotiations with raw material and packaging suppliers
- ๐ Actively sourcing and onboarding new suppliers (including quality audits)
- ๐ Coordinating and approving deliveries of raw materials and ingredients in cooperation with the brand owner / international headquarters
- ๐ณ Managing franchisee receivables (collections, payment monitoring, and payment scheduling)
- ๐ Maintaining daily operational contact with franchise partners regarding deliveries, quality standards, and production needs
- ๐ Implementing and supervising HACCP, BRC/IFS, GMP systems and corporate standards
- ๐ Reporting operational results and KPIs (productivity, quality, costs, OTIF) to management and headquarters
๐ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- 4โ6 years of experience in a similar role within food production/manufacturing (preferably bakery, dough production, semi-finished products, FMCG food)
- ๐ค Strong experience in procurement negotiations and supplier management
- ๐งช Practical knowledge of food quality and safety systems (HACCP, BRC, IFS, ISO 22000; internal auditor certification is an advantage)
- ๐ฅ Proven ability to manage teams and a distributed network of contractors/franchise partners
- ๐ป Advanced Excel skills; ERP/WMS systems experience is an advantage
- ๐ Valid Category B driving licence
- โฑ Willingness to work in a shift-based / flexible schedule (production operates 5โ6 days per week)
- ๐ Fluent in English, with confident Polish and German language skills โ required for daily operational communication with local teams, suppliers, and franchise partners
โญ NICE TO HAVE
- ๐ Experience working with franchise or restaurant networks
- ๐ฅ Knowledge of pizza dough/yeast dough production processes
- โ Experience implementing Lean / Kaizen / 5S methodologies in food production
