We're looking for experienced Flutter Developers to join an exciting greenfield retail technology project for a client based in Germany. You’ll be working on the next generation of digital commerce and customer loyalty solutions as the business expands into the furniture retail industry. This is a great opportunity to be involved from the early stages of the project, helping build scalable, user-focused applications alongside an experienced international team.

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain high-quality applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces for mobile and web.
• Integrate with REST APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.

👨‍💻 What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Proven experience building production-grade mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of application architecture and state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or similar).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile development practices.
• Good written and spoken English.

• Experience working on eCommerce platforms or retail applications.
• Exposure to loyalty programmes or customer rewards solutions.
• Experience within the furniture or home furnishings retail sector.
• Experience with Firebase or cloud-based services.
