The Role 🎯

As the Validation Lab Manager, you will be the bridge between vision and reality. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring our engineering teams have the testing data they need to launch industry-leading products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of laboratory test engineers and technicians πŸ‘₯
  • Strategic Oversight: Manage the lab’s strategic roadmap, integrating new technologies (robotics, data acquisition) to keep us at the cutting edge. πŸ› οΈ
  • Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements using 5S+1 and Lean Six Sigma tools. πŸ“ˆ
  • Execution & Accountability: Partner with Program Leads to ensure test plans are executed on time, identifying risks and driving mitigation actions. ⏳
  • Budget & Compliance: Manage lab budgets and ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and global operational standards. πŸ’°

What We’re Looking For πŸ”

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering. πŸŽ“
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of multi-disciplinary validation (Mechanical, Software, Hardware, EMC, and Systems). πŸ’»
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and collaborating across international sites. 🌍
  • Process Driven: Proficiency in LIMS (Lab Information Management Systems) and structured problem-solving.
  • Experience (Preferred): 10+ years in Test Engineering/Product Development, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is highly desirable. 🟒
